But we simplify the process with one Upside application that works through us. We’ll organize all of your information and work with the property to make sure that your application gets submitted. In summary, we facilitate every aspect of the submittal and approval – including making a security deposit, turning on utilities and prepping the apartment for move-in. All you have to do is pick up the keys!
