Real Estate Partnerships Associate

About the Role:

The Real Estate Partnership Associate role is ideal for someone who is a real estate professional and is excited about the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting healthcare and real estate technology startup. The associate will liaison between multiple departments and will have direct oversight over the entire leasing process of a national multifamily portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Intangible Assets:

Maintains accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of multifamily communities, particularly in areas such as pricing, vacancies, availability, and lease expirations.

Coordination, analysis, and evaluation of relevant information in the lease process.

Provides clerical and administrative support to the sales team and senior management.

Create and proactively monitor a list of critical dates for lease expirations, member agreements, and other encumbrances.

Schedules tours of the community and coordinates with prospective members.

Accurately and efficiently prepares all leasing paperwork including corporate applications, lease agreements, credit and background checks, and lease move-in packets.

Preparation of renewal proposals and new lease agreements to prospective tenants.

Assists with the collection and distribution of security deposits and monthly payments.

Monitors current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs.

Supports the overall marketing efforts of the sales team and offers input and suggestions regarding marketing and other various strategies.

Communicates with the sales team in a friendly and professional manner.

Ensures that all weekly and monthly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Understands and complies with Fair Housing Laws.

Requirements:

2+ years experience experience in multifamily residential leasing preferred

Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, evidenced by the ability to communicate clearly and work well with others

Strong customer service skills and professional phone manner

Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Demonstrates proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc) and the ability to use or learn required software.

This role is ideal for someone who can successfully manage member relationships for an assigned member load by serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and correspondence while maximizing the quality of membership services provided and profitability of membership services. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting healthcare technology startup founded by serial entrepreneurs (founder of Papa).

About the Role:

Successfully manage member relationships for an assigned member load by serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and correspondence.

Serve as “account executive” for assigned members, maximizing the quality of membership services provided and profitability of membership services provided.

Support ongoing member satisfaction/retention through regular engagement touchpoints catered by Members/POCs (per members’ preference).

Effectively establish an impactful first impression when performing in-home assessments and ensure high conversion rates from “Tour” to “Move-in”.

Full-time 360 inside senior living sales and customer acquisition. As an early member of the Upside sales team, you will provide key feedback to help build and improve our sales/customer acquisition processes to drive toward a world-class sales and customer experience.

About the Role:

Engaging in-bound leads with quality conversations to qualify and educate on Upside living solutions

Successfully manage a fluid pipeline of leads through a series of sales touch points, and follow-up

Responsible for qualifying and booking and conducting apartment tours with inbound leads and moving those leads through the sales funnel with the goal of obtaining signed member agreements

Collaborating with peers and team leaders to create and refine Best Practices, effective workflows, and highly effective resident acquisition and engagement strategies

Service-focused, relationship-driven problem solving with a genuine and effective solution-oriented mindset with the ability to relate and create value for a variety of stakeholders in a context-driven sales process
