Minimum Experience: 5+ years in client success or account management with healthcare or health plan focus
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

As the Senior Director of Health Plan Client Success, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with Upside’s key health plan clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by driving strategic alignment and outcomes. Your role will begin as an individual contributor, taking ownership of high-value client accounts and engaging directly with stakeholders to meet their evolving needs. Over time, this position will expand into a leadership role, scaling and managing a high-performing client success team.
You will work closely with product, sales, and implementation teams to ensure seamless client delivery, lead quarterly business reviews, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. This is a dynamic, client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills, deep healthcare knowledge, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable outcomes.
