When you just need to talk to a person – for whatever reason – your Upside Manager is here for you. Whether you need to ask about something simple, like where to eat lunch, or you need help with something urgent after hours, you can always “phone a friend.”
Sure – sometimes you may not need to speak to your Upside Manager. For non-urgent requests, an email can do the trick perfectly. Here are a few examples of when you might want to use email to contact your Upside Manager:
Why talk when a text will do? For simple requests, nothing is faster or more direct than a text message. It zips straight over to your Upside Manager who can then determine the appropriate course of action based on your message. So, when might you want to use a text message instead of other communication channels?
We are only half joking about this. We know our members are more likely to take advantage of all the great services we offer when it’s easy and reliable to get a hold of the person who can make it all happen.
For example, some of our members want to hear from their Upside Managers on the reg. Sometimes that means daily, weekly, or monthly. But on the flip side, we have plenty of members who only reach out to us when they want to take advantage of a cool perk or ask a question about their membership plan.
