Speaking of health- and wellness-related perks, your Upside Manager can do a heck of a lot more than appointment reminders. If you want, Upside Managers are happy to help with things like home care referrals, insurance benefit utilization, and even crisis management services. We hope you’ll never need to use that last service, but our members love the peace of mind it provides.
Upside Managers want to keep members safe no matter where they call home. While you can rest assured that all of our partner apartments have been inspected for safety, we can also perform in-home safety checks at your current residence. And if you’d like to add new features like chair lifts, handrails, ramps, or other accessibility accommodations, we can get you set up with great discounts on retrofitting.
