Upside Names Mark Vasquez Director of Client Success

The client success and healthcare operations leader joins Upside to deepen its health plan partnerships as the company scales its housing stability programs.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Upside, a nationally scalable housing stability platform purpose-built for healthcare, today announced that Mark Vasquez has joined the company as Director of Client Success. Vasquez brings a career spanning business operations, go-to-market strategy, and building client-facing functions from the ground up in early-stage healthcare and telehealth companies. He will manage Upside’s health plan and employer client relationships, working to ensure partners see measurable impact from the program.

Vasquez joins as Upside deepens its partnerships with health plans tackling housing instability across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNP populations. As the company grows, the client success function is central to turning early pilots into long-term partnerships — the point where health plans see housing stability translate into measurable results for their highest-need members.

Before joining Upside, Vasquez served as a Patient Liaison and Concierge Practice Consultant at SignatureMD. Earlier, he co-founded an AI-enabled telehealth platform focused on chronic pain management, where as Head of Operations he led cross-functional operations across product, compliance, and growth and contributed to the company’s seed fundraising. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
