Upside Names Neena Arora Vice President of Clinical Operations

The physician and digital health operator joins Upside to lead clinical operations as the company scales its housing stability platform.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Upside, a nationally scalable housing stability platform purpose-built for healthcare, today announced that Neena Arora has joined the company as Vice President of Clinical Operations. A physician by training with more than a decade in digital health, Arora brings deep experience in implementation, program management, and customer success across telehealth and value-based care. She will lead the clinical operations function behind Upside’s Care Guide model, connecting housing stabilization to the health outcomes it drives for members.

Arora joins as Upside scales its work with health plans and employers addressing housing instability across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNP populations. As the company grows, operational rigor is what turns housing stabilization into measurable results for members and partners. Arora’s background as a physician, combined with her experience implementing digital health programs for payers and providers, positions her to build that discipline at scale.

Before joining Upside, Arora served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Circadian Health and, earlier, as Director of Payor and Provider Implementation at Movn Health, where she led partner implementations and patient enrollments. She also held roles as Solutions Director at MDLIVE, helping launch virtual primary care services, and as a Customer Success Executive at Outcome Health. She holds a medical degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Master of Health Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
